Master Plan Section III. Assessment. This section summarizes the evaluation plan that the institution will employ to ensure and track concrete progress toward meeting planning goals and action items identified. The following key performance indicators should be used:

• Is there a plan for assessment of progress on plan goals? Is the assessment process continuous/on-going?
• To what degree is the technology master plan and subsequent work plan integrated with/supportive of other institutional plans?
• To what degree is the technology master plan and subsequent work plan integrated with the Office of the Chancellor MnSCU plan?
• Has a technology master plan been updated at least every three years?
• Has a list of work plan action items been developed from the technology master plan, and is progress on these items on-track?
• Are work plan items updated annually?
• Are individuals or offices of primary responsibility, accountable for completion of the action items, named in the work plan?
• Are work plan action items connected to budget priorities?
• Has constituent satisfaction with the technology master plan/planning process and with plan implementation been measured?
• Are satisfaction levels acceptable?
• Has the technology profile been updated as necessary (details to be determined)?
