Purpose: Coordinate the processes for a well organized conference.
Members: Dr. Andrew Conteh
Things to Accomplish:
Reserve rooms and computer presentation equipment from the various departments and computer services.
Education, Sociology, Math, Chemistry, Biology, History, Computer Science, Psychology, Speech, Economics, Computer Center (2 suitcase units and 1 stand alone computer with projector)
Submit final meal count 2 weeks prior to the conference.
Develop a volunteer database and communicate with volunteers.

Develop a list of session chairs. Use the following

Prepare presenter name tags for the day of the conference.
* Remind volunteers and conference staff to wear their MSUM
name tags.
Work with the Program committee to find out what presenters are requesting for equipment needs for the conference.
Plan, organize, and operate the conference information/registration table.
Facilitate parking needs for off campus visitors and guests.
Develop informational and directional signage for rooms and hallways in the CMU for the day of the conference.
Reserve two-way radio equipment from Physical Plant for volunteers to use during the conference
Request computer center staff or student tech team to be on hand during the conference
