Social/Informational Meeting Notes: 9/25/2000
Purpose: The purpose of the Student Academic Conference is to showcase the work and talent of MSUM students through presentations, posters, and creative works at a one day conference held at MSUM. The conference is a collaborative and interdisciplinary initiative to celebrate and recognize student academic success while at the same time providing an opportunity for fellowship within our university community.
Support: This conference exists because of the work of the entire university community, both in terms of financial and moral support. Supporters include: Strategic Grant Initiatives Fund, President's Office, Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Administrative Affairs, Alumni Foundation, Inter Faculty Organization, MSUAASF, Council on Staff Affairs, Student Senate, Campus Activities Board, and the Student Activities Budget Committee.
