Meet the Staff
Kerry Hagen is the Graduate Assistant for the Career Development Center (bio to follow).
Becky Lindell is the Office Manager/Recruitment Coordinator in the Career Development Center. She is an MSUM alum, met her husband in the MSUM Concert Choir and has worked at MSUM for 33 years (19 of those years in the Career Development Center). Becky is a Dragon through and through! She enjoys travel, music, singing and family time (especially at their lake cabin) with her husband, their three children, their spouses, and six grandchildren!
Cindy Norberg is the Assistant Director. Her background includes work in management and human services. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from the University of Minnesota, Morris and a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Affairs from MSUM. She enjoys adventures, time at home with family and friends, music and occasionally running. Cindy looks forward to working with you to help develop your professional profile!
Greg Toutges is the Director of the Student Success Center, which includes the Career Development Center, Disability Services, and the Academic Support Center. He has a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Vocational Rehabilitation and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Greg is married with 3 children, 2 dogs and a grandson. He enjoys cycling and Nordic Skiing. Greg joined MSUM in 2000.
Diane Wolter is a Career Development Specialist. She has a strong background in academic support and advising, as well as career services, and particularly enjoys working with exploring students. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University in Wisconsin, an MS in Counseling and Student Affairs from MSUM, and is completing her dissertation for a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from UND. She plays the viola with several area groups, including the FM Symphony, and lives in Fargo with her husband and two cats.
We have many wonderful Student Consultants who are available to assist you by reviewing your resume or cover letter, preparing for an interview, researching a company, or just helping you get your questions answered about the Career Development Center.
