Vote for Snowcourt
As part of DragonFrost 2012, we will be crowning a Snow Prince and Princess. The Snow Court is very similar to Homecoming’s Royalty. Anyone is eligible to nominate one Prince and one Princess candidate. All applicants must be MSUM students, have completed a minimum of one semester at MSUM and have a maximum of 59 credits, and have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater. They should be actively involved in activities, a great example of Dragon Pride and dedicated to MSUM.
All nominees will go through an interview process. This process will take place at a (to be determined) time and date.. The interview panel will consist of MSUM students, faculty and staff. The interview team will be looking for students who are enthusiastic, poised, articulate, and interested in MSU Moorhead. The number of nominees will be narrowed down to 10 finalists, all of whom will be notified on January 17th. The campus population will then vote online Wednesday, January 18th through Thursday, February 2nd by clicking here.
Please Note: Being chosen for Snow Court is an honor, it should not be viewed as a competition. For this reason, no advertising will be allowed except word of mouth. All finalists will be advertised by the DragonFrost Planning Team in an edition of the Today Tomorrow Newsletter. If your group violates this policy, with or without the consent of your finalist(s), your finalist(s) will be disqualified.
There is no cost for nominating/sponsoring a couple/individual so don’t hesitate to sign up today! A nomination form and waiver must be submitted for each nominee. Nomination forms and waivers can be found on the DragonFrost website at web.mnstate.edu/dragonfrost/index.cfm.
The Snow Court Coronation will be on Saturday, February 5th during the Men's Basketball game.
