Many thanks to our donors for their generous contributions to the Economics Department Fund. Your contributions help expand the educational opportunities of our students through scholarships, travel opportunities and research programs. Contributions may be made online at https://appserv.mnstate.edu/alumni/donation/. Please indicate "Economics" as the designated department.
Donations from alumni, retired faculty and current faculty have recently supported the following:
- 19 scholarships totaling $15,200 since 2005.
- Since, 2005, 20 students received travel funds to present research at the annual Eastern Economics Association Conference.
- Travel to the annual St. Cloud Winter Economics Institute to learn from and meet regional economics experts.
- International travel and insternship opportunities.
- Computers (complete with Econometrics software) located in the Economics Computer Lab.
