Minnesota State University Moorhead Library is a depository for Minnesota state documents.   Our collection consists primarily of microfiched documents and some paper documents.  The microfiche are filed by the Minnesota government documents number, which must be obtained by searching the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library via WebPALS.  If there is a Minnesota document on your topic, the record for that document must have a Minnesota document number, which consists of a two digit year designation and a four digit number for each document.  The Minnesota document numbers appear this way in the record:
MINN. DOC. NO. 93-1000
.  This would indicate the document was issued in 1993, and it was the 1000th document issued that year.  Minnesota documents can be checked out at the documents/periodicals check-out area.   More information about the Minnesota State Documents Program can be found by clicking here.

Minnesota State Document Lists Docs on Fiche
-- These lists, now online, accompany the microfiche copies of Minnesota state documents sent to the Minnesota state documents depository libraries by the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library and represent the most complete lists of Minnesota documents.
