MDEV 127 – Intermediate Algebra

Reflection Paper 1

Due: Friday, January 14th

 

 Give your thoughts on the following questions:

 

  1. What comes to mind when you hear the word “mathematics”?
  2. Why are you taking this class and what do you hope to get out of it?
  3. What grade do you hope to get in this class and how do you plan to attain this grade?
  4. What can I do to help make this class a good experience for you?
  5. Feel free to write anything else you would like to tell me about your background or thoughts on this course.

 

Your paper should be typed and should be at least 1 page in length (double spaced with standard margins).  Make sure to put a title block including your name, course number, section number, and “Reflection Paper 1” at the top of the page.  Your paper must be turned in to me no later than 4:00pm on Friday.
