Online Catalog and Reference Desk Area MnPALS (Online Catalog) Terminals The Library's Online Catalog is MnPALS . Please consult a Reference Librarian for MnPALS assistance. The 16 computer terminals on the 1st floor of the library, in the Reference area, are designated primarily for MnPALS searching. Printing requests from these terminals may be picked up at the Periodicals/Government Documents Desk. You may also use these terminals for Internet searching and browsing. No chat-rooms are allowed. These computers are not equipped with disk drives and also do not contain any word-processing or specialized software. If you would like to do more than use MnPALS or the Internet (such as word processing, designing web sites), please check availability of the LIT Center. You may also wish to consult our Library Internet and Computer Use Policy. Reference Desk The Reference & Information Desk is located on the 1st floor of the Library. Please come to the Reference Desk to ask questions regarding your research. Reference Librarians, faculty members at Moorhead State, staff the Reference Desk as follows: Librarians are on duty during Fall and Spring Semesters: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday from 9 a.m to 4:45 p.m. on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. During break and intersession days, Librarians are on-call Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. The Library is closed weekends during break/intersession.
