Objective
In one year's time, develop an effective grievance plan and assure communities
knowledge of such.
Actions Steps
1) Provide in accessible language, an outline of the grievance procedure and distribute
through community (employment centers, churches, civic organizations, etc.)
2) Increase presence of knowledge and role of Human Rights Commission
3) Increase enforcement power of Human Rights Community with respect to
discrimination/labor law and enforcement agency for discrimination laws

All citizens: Equity is a good thing for the community
Resources Needed
1) Possibly legislation to increase enforcement mechanism
2) Funds for education to increase awareness of mechanisms in place
3) Stipend to assist people helping on Human Rights Committee, Corporations from
legislature, City Commissions
