Susan Nagel received a Bachelor of Music (summa cum laude) from Moorhead State University in 1987, where she was a student of Nancy Harris. She has taught both applied lessons and class piano at MSUM since 2002. In addition, Ms, Nagel maintains a private piano studio, is an adjunct instructor of piano at Concordia College in Moorhead, and has been on the piano faculty of the International Music Camp for the past 5 summers. Currently the accompanyist of the FM Chamber Chorale, she also has performed with faculty and guest artists at MSUM, Concordia, and NDSU, and has performed on piano faculty recitals at MSUM. Ms. Nagel has also studied privately with Dr. David Worth at Concordia College and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at NDSU.
