ADVICE:

This award is intended to recognize outstanding OTMs that don't fit into any set category, such as Graduate Assistants, Food Service Personnel, night security, etc. Nomination will be submitted to the NRHH National Office by Regional Associate Directors when a deserving OTM nominee does not fit into any existing category. The award has no set criteria and requires only a consensus of the NRHH Office judges. Please make sure to use the proper Spotlight Of The Month OTM form when submitting your nomination.

Nominations are due the first Sunday of the month following the month of nomination (i.e.. October Of The Month nominations are due by the first Sunday of November).
