Operations Management Overview

Welcome to the MSUM 2+2 Operations Management Program. We're glad you've chosen to get your four-year degree on the MSUM campus in Moorhead, MN. If you've obtained your two-year Diploma, A.S. or A.A.S. technical degree, you're already halfway to a four-year B.S. degree (not all Diploma, AS, or AAS degrees will qualify; see http://www.minnesotatransfer.org/educators/transfer/e_artagreements.php or contact the MSUM Admissions Office at admissions@mnstate.edu to learn if yours does).

Operations Management covers a wide spectrum of technical expertise and management training and offers multiple career options. The combination of a two-year technical degree and the leadership training that comes with a four-year B.S. degree makes 2+2 OM graduates more likely to gain promotions, and hold senior management and leadership positions. Obtaining a four-year B.S. degree will help you increase your earning potential, expand your career options, and allow you to utilize your technical background while becoming a leader in your chosen field.

One Location Doesn't Fit All

Maybe you're still working towards your two-year degree or you've been in the workforce and understand that in order to make more money and move up in management, you need a four-year degree. Through our unique 2+2 OM Program, enrolling students have the option to take classes:

• On campus at MSU Moorhead in Moorhead, MN.
• On campus at North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park (Minneapolis), MN.
• Online from anywhere in the world.
