Q. "Why should I care about this webpage?"
A. If you are a recognized student organization with funds in a campus account, you will need to know how to access or deposit those funds. If you are a newly recognized organization with no funds, you will need to know how to request funds. If you need some assistance funding an upcoming Organization trip or special event, you will need to know how to request funds. The information on this page will help you get started.
Q. "What does Fiscal Year 2013 mean?"
A. A Fiscal Year is also known as Budget Year and it is a 12 month period used for financial purposes. The university's Fiscal Year 2013 begins July 1, 2012 and ends June 30, 2013.
A. Yes. Your organization must be fully recognized to request supplemental funds from the Student Budget Committee(SABC). Use the Supplemental Funding Application located on the right side of this webpage under the "Forms" list.
A. Fiscal Year 2013 begins July 1, 2012.Student Organizations can use the Fiscal Year 2013 budget funds starting on July 1, 2012.
