Leadership Week
Leadership Week 2011 will be October 3-7, and is an opportunity to recognize, celebrate and learn about leadership for all MSUM students.Whether it is assessing your leadership style, demonstrating leadership through service or preparing for leadership after college, Leadership Week will provide leaders at all levels with something of value.

Identity Impact

Yoga for Life Balance

Yoga for life balance is the practice of “slowing the mind down to the pace of the body”. This yoga class will focus on gaining the mental skills for a balanced day. Yoga is not an exercise in stretching; it is a philosophy and practice of right breathing, mindfulness, movement and aims to become a way of life. Take a break from your day to join us in experiencing peace and relaxation.
