Leadership Committee
Background
The Leadership Committee was founded in 2011. Participation on this committee will provide students with the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge of leadership, programming, and promotions while building life-long skills that will complement their academics.
Purpose
The purpose of the Leadership Committee is to provide students with the opportunity to be directly involved with leadership program planning through the Office of Student Activities (OSA), provide experiential learning opportunities, and increase awareness of leadership opportunities on campus and within the community. Students will be educated on current leadership opportunities, help plan an annual leadership week, lend insight to current leadership programming, support the mission and vision of Leadership Programs in the OSA, and promote leadership on campus.
