Star Recognition for Student Organizations
This awards
program honors student organizations who have gone above and beyond
during the academic year. 3 Star Organizations have met paperwork
deadlines and have attended required meetings during the year. 4 Star
Organizations have also participated in campus events, community
service, or leadership development opportunities. 5 Star Organizations
have made exceptional contributions to campus life.
3 Star

| Register the organization by the deadline
of September 23, 2011 |
| Create and/or maintain an organization email and website [Form - Due 04/05/12] |
| Staff a table at an organization expo

4 Star
| Requirements |
| Complete all of 3 Star requirements |
| Provide a list of organization events to the OSA [Form - Due 01/20/12] |
| Submit a list of organization members to OSA [Form - Due 04/05/12] |
| Submit at least five organization
events or meeting announcements to the TTN by 04/05/12 |
| Submit at least five organization events or meetings to the OSA event calendar by 04/05/12 |
| Complete at least ten hours of community service or volunteerism [Form - Due 04/05/12] |
| Participate as an organization in at least one Workshop on Wheels presentation by 04/05/12 |
| One member must sign in and attend at least five Take the Lead sessions by 04/05/12 |

5 Star
| Requirements |
| Complete all of 3 Star & 4 Star requirements |

| Co-sponsor an event with another student organization [Form - Due 04/05/12] |
| Participate as an organization in at least two Workshop on Wheels presentations by 04/05/12 |
