Who’s Who Nomination Form

The Office of Student Activities has the responsibility of selecting nominees for recognition in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. The OSA is requesting your assistance in identifying those students at MSUM who should be considered for this honor. For more than 70 years, in over 2300 institutions in all 50 states, this national program has honored outstanding campus leaders for their scholastic and co-curricular achievements.

Nomination Criteria

Junior, senior class status or graduate student
3.0 GPA or higher
Participation and leadership in academic and co-curricular activities
Service to the University and community

The nomination form allows you to submit up to three nominations. However, you do not have to nominate three. If you feel that more than three qualify, you may re-visit this form and submit it again.

Nominations for 2011 are due Friday, February 4.

A selection committee will meet the following week to select the nominees to be honored. Please be as thorough and descriptive as possible when describing why the nominee should receive this honor.
