General Directions to Students

  General Information

• Maple is available in MacLean 169, MacLean 376, MacLean 384, the physics lab, and the library.

• Your submitted work must have your name and date on the activity worksheet at the top.

• When creating a new document, use the Document Mode for this course do not use the Worksheet Mode.

Suggestions

• Strongly Recommended: Work through parts of the Maple Tour and Maple User Manual. Get there through  Help on the main toolbar within Maple.

• Save your work periodically (at least every five or ten minutes), in case the computer crashes.

Saving and Submitting Work

• Place your name and the lab number within the Maple document at the top of the worksheet.   

• Save files to your own jump drive.

• Give the file a name that gives your name and the lab number, e.g., JoDoeLab1.  

• Submit your work by email as an attachment. to peil@mnstate.edu by using your campus email address.
