Minnesota State University Moorhead is a member of the University of Minnesota's Bachelor of Social Work Title IV-E Child Welfare Consortium. Juniors and seniors in the social work program who intend to work in child welfare can apply for a stipend of $1900 each semester. The availability of funds is contingent upon the renewal of IV-E funding and the student's academic and professional progress.


Applications for the Child Welfare Stipend program are on the website. The current deadline for applications for Fall 2011 is September 23rd.
