Jeremy Carney, M.S.W., Ph.D.

Jeremy Carney is a native of Willmar, Minnesota. He is a 1994 graduate of the social work department at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Jeremy completed a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota and earned a Ph.D from North Dakota State University. Jeremy's practice experience has emphasized the areas of child welfare, both public and private, and mental health care.

Tracy Clark, M.S.W. - Field Coordinator

Tracy Clark received her BSW from Minnesota State University Moorhead and her MSW degree from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.  She worked in the areas of mental health and family preservation on the White Earth Reservation for approximately 6 years prior to joining the MSUM faculty in 2001.

Elizabeth Garcia de Guajardo, B.A.S.W.

egarcia@mnstate.edu                                          Office and Administrative Specialist, Intermediate.  Elizabeth joined the Social Work Department in Fall 2006. She has been working  at MSU Moorhead since Fall 2002.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work with a minor in Multicultural Studies from MSU Moorhead in 1977.  She worked for 22 years as an Employment Counselor for Minnesota Department of Economic Security.  She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
