Passport Applications

Print off applications using a quality laser printer. Forms are also available in the Office of International Programs.  You must submit your passport application in person at a Federal Courthouse or certain Post Offices. You will need to bring in two passport photos, original or certified birth certificate, the appropriate fee, and a picture ID as proof of your identity. For updated fees, check out http://www.travel.state.gov. Currently the application fee is $75 and the execution fee is $25.

US Federal Building, 657 2nd Ave North, Fargo

***Passport photos are now available in the Study Abroad Office, Bridges 250. The cost is $10.00 for 4 photos.
