| Short Paper (3-4 pages) | 10% |
| Long Paper (8-10 pages) | 20% |

Note: For the quiz grade, only the top 20 quizzes will be counted. Late papers may not be accepted, and, if accepted, will have a significant penalty. If you know you know you will be gone on the due date, submit it early. Early submission is always permitted. Papers that are longer than what is indicated above are fine, but papers that are too short will be graded accordingly.
