Project Addendum
The required number of projects given in the original syllabus was at least 30, with no restrictions on which the projects would be. After the discussion on Friday, September 19, the number of projects has been amended to the following.
The project grade will be the higher of:
The average of the best 30 projects completed throughout the course of the semester.
or
The average of the best two projects from the material from each of the following five categories: for test 2 (sections 1.5-1.7), for test 3, for test 4, for test 5, and for the final exam; plus the next best 10 projects overall, for a total of 20 projects.
