As this is the first time that I have used this textbook (a given since the textbook is brand new), I am not sure how long each topic will take, so I am not particularly inclined to subdivide this schedule more at this time. The parts of chapters 3, 4, and/or 5 that will be covered will be determined later in the semester, and will be determined at least in part by the interests of those enrolled in the course. If you have a particular request (either for or against), please let me know. (You may also give me a suggestion if you want a topic that is not covered in this book.)
