Course Objectives and
Student Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the
course, students will be able to do the following:
-
Evaluate complex relations using symbolic
abstraction and generalization.
-
Demonstrate problem solving using symbolic
representation and manipulation.
-
Demonstrate an ability to apply algebraic
ideas to real-life situations.
-
Find all rational zeroes of a polynomial.
- GRADING:
-
There will be three one hour exams, four scheduled quizzes and a
final exam.. Each of the one hour
exams will be worth 100 points, while the
final exam will be worth 200 points The quizzes will be worth a
