Activity: Mini-Dialogs
The first two statements in all the dialogs are exactly the same, and the ends of the dialogs are different. The differences in each dialog also are what allow us to understand the context, and when we understand the context, we can understand differences in the first two statements, too.
In each mini-dialog, that refers to a different action:
What also refers to something different in each conversation.
It is either:
not hearing not understanding which activity "A" found undesirable not knowing why the other person is concerned.
