In addition to the three questions that you are required to bring to class before discussions, you will also need to bring a 2-5 page (typed) reaction paper. Keep it concise and to the point, and organize it in the standard way (three parts => Introduction, Body, and Summary and Conclusions).  Clearly state the focus (the major theme) of the article's topic in the Introduction, and then write the supporting statements, in an organized way, in the Body of the paper.  Do not just summarize the paper, but use the questions below to review the paper and write your own opinion of the article. Since it is a reaction paper - you sould focus on points e-h. You must reference statements in your paper that are not common knowledge, or whenever you present information extracted from your sources.

References then should be listed, in alphabetical order at the end of your paper in the following style:

Author, Date, Title: Journal, Volume, Page # s

a) What is the major theme of the paper?
b) What questions are addressed in the article?
c) What Hypotheses are being tested?
d) How are the tests conducted, and what type of data is used?
e) Do You consider the interpretations valid? And why?
f) What is the significance of the paper?
g) Did you find the paper interesting, or did it suck?
h) Did the figures in the paper clarify things or make things more confusing?

You will turn in this paper following the discusion.
