On-line Ethics Training

Please follow this link for the on-line ethics training provided by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). You will take the training for investigators/co-investigators. The MSUM Institutional Review Board (IRB) requires this training before granting approval to carry out your research project. 

For those of you new to the training, click REGISTER to create a user name and password.  Record your user name and password in a safe place so you may login at a later time to finish the training or print a certificate as necessary.

If you have completed the training before, please be aware that our university IRB requires this training every 3 years. If more than three years will have passed since your certificate date by the time you finish your thesis/project, then please complete the training again.

When finished with the training, print a copy of the certificate and write your Dragon ID on the certificate.  Please submit the certificate to Dr. Malone.

Please print a couple of copies for your records, too.
