Your group has been assigned one of the physical or health disabilities found in the preceding chart. Your group will develop a short presentation or lead a discussion about the illness/disability. Your presentation should introduce the illness/disability, ensuring that all members of the class gain a general understanding of it. You then should personalize the illness/disability by discussing how the illness/disability might affect a school age child and his/her family. Include some ideas of how the school could support the student and family.
