Jeremy Carney is a native of Willmar, Minnesota. He is a 1994 graduate of the social work department at Minnesota State University Moorhead. Jeremy completed a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota and earned a Ph.D from North Dakota State University. Jeremy's practice experience has emphasized the areas of child welfare, both public and private, and mental health care.
