Konrad A. Czynski, Ph.D.

Philosophy Department

Greetings to students enrolled for HUM 214 in the fall of 2002. I will design my Syllabus as soon as this semester is over. For now, I can indicate the 3 required books to be purchased:

1 - Gloria Fiero - Vol. 1 of THE HUMANISTIC TRADITION: First Civilizations and Classical Legacy (McGraw-Hill) - used up to the Midterm

2 - Gloria Fiero - Vol. 2 of THE HUMANISTIC TRADITION: Medieval Europe and the World Beyond (McGraw-Hill) - used after the Midterm

3- Mark Twain, THE INNOCENTS ABROAD (Signet) - used throughout the semester, probably regularly on Fridays
