NCAA Scholarship Information
The following links are to Word documents that contain information for the various scholarships that are available to student athletes that are available directly from the NCAA. All of these scholarships are meant to be used after you have finished competing. With the exception of the degree-completion scholarship, they are all for postgraduate study (that is, graduate school or professional school, such as medical school). The degree-completion scholarship is for finishing your degree here, at MSUM, after you have finished your eligibility, if you have not yet graduated.
Scholarship information: The document just contains a bulleted list for each of the scholarships, that I summarized from the NCAA webpage. More complete information is on the webpage. A link is also given in the document.
Preapplication: Several of the scholarships require a nomination from the Faculty Athletic Representative, a role which I currently hold. In order to choose which student-athletes to nominate, I am asking you to fill out a pre-application. You would need to fill out the full NCAA application only if you are nominated. Therefore, this form is a little shorter and not as involved as the full applications would be.
