Canadian population data, by province (Excel 2007 file)

    Nunavut example (Excel 2007 file)

The first file has populations for 1991, 1996, 2001, and 2006, and the second from 2001.  The data was copied from the Canadian Statistics web site http://www.statcan.ca/ .

File with calculations done for Hamilton's method .  (Shows Alabama paradox in 1991 data, and Population paradox in 1991-1996 comparison.)

File with addition of Nunavut .  (Shows New State paradox.)

File with divisor methods (Jefferson, Adams, Webster).

File with Webster's Method violating the Quota Rule .  (Note:  The population data is not accurate, but changed to force the violation.)
