Simple Tenses

Auxiliary  +  Main Verb Base (bare infinitive)
       Does  +   Believe
        Did    +  Believe
       Will    +  Believe

Exception: Simple present and simple past affirmatie statements delete the auxiliary and attach the tense affix directly to the base.

BE in desired tense + -ing main verb

Perfect Progressive Tenses  

        HAVE in desired tense +  BEEN  +  -ing main verb

Passive Voice

BE in desired tense and aspect  + -en main verb
